We become a multicultural team of local Bedouins, experienced desert guides
and outdoor enthusiasts who have spent years exploring the mountains
surrounding El Gouna and Hurghada.
Together we create authentic jeep safaris, hikes and cultural experiences
far away from mass tourism.
It all started in 2016.
The year that Sytze Boomsma and Sheikh Hamada decided to found the
'El Gouna Mountain Goats'.
Sytze, fascinated by the desert, mountains and nature found by Hamada
the perfect partner in all this.
Hamada himself grew up and is at home in the desert. He let Sytze explore the desert
and share his experiences as Bedouin Sheikh with him.
This together makes the hikes of the Mountain Goats so unique.
